This policy describes how Bucuo (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles information when you use our mobile application.
Bucuo helps you organize local photos into an on-device “cosmic atlas” experience. We design the app so that your photo library and derived mappings stay on your device unless you explicitly use a feature that requires network access.
Depending on how you use Bucuo, we may process:
Core Bucuo features are intended to run without uploading your photo library to our servers. Metadata and relationships you create within the app are stored locally unless a future feature clearly states otherwise and obtains appropriate consent.
The app may request access to the network, camera, photo library, microphone, or tracking (ATT) where required for stated features. You can revoke permissions in iOS Settings. If you decline photo access, features that depend on your library may be limited.
Where Apple’s App Tracking Transparency applies, we follow your system-level choice.
Bucuo may offer consumable in-app coin packs. Coin balances and purchase flows are handled within the app and through Apple’s payment systems. Coins have no cash value outside the app and are not transferable between users unless explicitly stated in-product.
Locally stored data remains on your device until you delete it within the app or remove the app from your device. Uninstalling the app may erase local cosmic data unless you have exported backups using in-app tools, if available.
Bucuo is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently done so, contact us using the email below.
If you use Bucuo from outside the country where we operate, your information may be processed in accordance with this policy and applicable law, including standards that may differ from your jurisdiction.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy, except where a stricter consent requirement applies by law.
